The Leadership OS
For women leading with courage & character through disruptive change.
From Star Performer to Inspiring Leader
Stepping into leadership has always been a significant milestone. It recognizes your high performance and your potential to shape the future of your team. But the behaviors that made you a standout individual contributor can sometimes get in your way- especially at a time when organizations are redefining work in unprecedented ways.
As a new or mid-career leader, you may find yourself:
Fixing vs. Facilitating: Delivering short-term wins yourself instead of coaching and developing your team
Seeking control vs. Navigating uncertainty: Trying to control the uncontrollable because “letting go” feels risky
Playing it safe vs Leading boldly: Defaulting to incremental steps instead of taking bold, strategic action
Leading through disruption requires more than a new skill set. It requires a different mindset.
The Leadership OS is an eight-week cohort designed for women in leadership who are ready to boost performance, strengthen relationships, and improve team health by taking a powerful look inward.
This is much more than leadership training; it’s a platform-level retune of how you respond to pressure, uncertainty, and fear. Unlike traditional programs that jump straight to skills, we focus on mindset first— rewiring limiting beliefs and habits that hinder you, so that you can lead with courage and character.
Join an intimate, supportive group of high-performing women, and build your capacity for inspiring leadership through:
Eight Leadership Labs: Small-group coaching sessions focused on core leadership competencies, designed to level up performance and develop a “leader as coach” mindset in any environment.
Two 1:1 Deep Dives: Individual coaching to apply program concepts to real-time, high-stakes challenges.
Foundational mindset shift: Daily mental fitness workouts using app-driven cognitive tools, powered by Positive Intelligence®, to tame self-sabotaging habits and create lasting behavior change
All sessions are held via Zoom meeting.
